A session is confirmed once the date, time and details have been agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp). Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Edited photos are delivered through a private online gallery, usually within 7–14 working days. Delivery times for events may be longer.
You receive a personal-use licence to print and share your photos. Momentos keeps the copyright and may use selected images for its portfolio only with your consent.
Outdoor sessions affected by weather can be moved to the next available date at no extra cost.
Galleries remain online for at least 6 months. Please download and back up your photos.
