When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone number, session preferences and your message — so we can reply and plan your session.
Client photos are shared through private gallery pages that are only accessible through your personal link or QR code. Please keep your link private. We do not sell or share your photos or personal details with third parties. We will only use images in our portfolio or social media with your permission.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to provide our services. Private galleries stay online for at least 6 months, after which they may be removed.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or remove your gallery, at any time by emailing booking@momentos.pics.
